Clinical Educator II
The Clinical Educator position at Cooper University is for a professional nurse who has advanced educational preparation and demonstrates a high degree of professional competence. The Clinical Educator will be responsible for the coordination and evaluation of educational programs for the Oncology unit and functions as a leader and innovator in the pursuit of improved nursing practice and quality patient care.
- Graduate from an NLN accredited school of nursing.
- BSN required, MSN required.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year of teaching.
- Current NJ-RN License, specialty certification or ability to obtain is required.
- Demonstrates confidence in interpersonal relationship, leadership and effective communication skills.
