Clinical Educator II
Oncology
The Clinical Educator position at Cooper University is for a professional nurse who has advanced educational preparation and demonstrates a high degree of professional competence. The Clinical Educator will be responsible for the coordination and evaluation of educational programs for the Oncology unit and functions as a leader and innovator in the pursuit of improved nursing practice and quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an NLN accredited school of nursing. 
  • BSN required, MSN required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year of teaching. 
  • Current NJ-RN License, specialty certification or ability to obtain is required.
  • Demonstrates confidence in interpersonal relationship, leadership and effective communication skills.
